These restrictions are lifted with a purchase of any of the other available plans

Available Option to Use Field Auditors in Place of Community of Respondents

If desired in place of using the community of respondents, client has the option to enroll field auditors who would use our mobile app to help get responses from the general public.

Forte Gate can provide you with highly trained field auditors who would go on the field to get you data for your survey.
These field auditors would be deployed to any location of your choosing to obtain your desired data.
We are also open to the clients bringing onboard their own field auditors if they so desire.

Training and Monitoring of Field Auditors

We take field auditors through various several training programs from time to time or on request.

General Training sessions on how agents handle surveys and their respondents when on the field to collect data.
Survey Specific trainings on surveys. When desired survey approach and procedure is unique from the standard survey practices.
We also monitor the agents and their various locations on the field and ensure they collect data the desired way and manner

*Training although done for in-house field auditors could also be organised for field auditors of the clients if so desired by client.

Obtain Analytics and Data Insight

Process data with Forte Gate to obtain data Insights and Analytics or export raw data in the desired format you require to work with.

In-App data analytics and report features of ForteGate would enable clients get insights (graphical or non-graphicel) from the survey rendered.
Raw survey could also be exported in any format desired by client to work with. These raw data enables ThirdParty Integrations so you could work with any third part app to further process the data from the survey
ForteGate integrates with other survey data processing apps and services to ensure clients desired data insights could be obtained.
All data (Raw or Processed) are stored in our secured cloud servers making data safe and readily available on request.
